Middleborough High School is celebrating as standout swimmer Lilly Dwyer has officially committed to continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Bridgeport, an NCAA Division II institution.
Dwyer, a dedicated and accomplished member of the Sachems swim program, has been a consistent force in the pool throughout her high school career. Known for her relentless work ethic, leadership, and competitive drive, she has played a key role in elevating Middleborough’s swimming program.
Her commitment to the University of Bridgeport marks the culmination of years of early mornings, long practices, and unwavering determination. At the next level, Dwyer will have the opportunity to compete against some of the top Division II talent in the country while continuing to grow both academically and athletically.
Middleborough coaches, teammates, and the community alike are proud of Dwyer’s achievement and excited to see what she accomplishes in this next chapter. Her journey serves as an inspiration to younger athletes, proving that hard work and passion can open doors to incredible opportunities.
